The Yoga and Pilates Club is open to any student in the high school.

This club is designed for students to begin or continue their practice of yoga and pilates. Two mornings a month before school, students will be led through a 30-minute workout that builds strength, balance, and flexibility. Students should wear comfortable clothing and look forward to a fun, relaxing, yet challenging morning of yoga or pilates. No previous experience is necessary!
